Associate/Specialist/Senior Specialist - Marketing Executive - Presentation Team (0-8 yrs)
Role in a Nut Shell.
The Role requires to create Power Point Presentations.
My client is looking for Applicants with Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Experience in Digital Marketing or Content writing/ Management would be a plus (Not a Must)
Applicant should be open to multiple/ Rotational Day Shifts.
Create Power Point slides (Pitch Books)
Develop or improve Templets.
Manage completion of assigned Projects within dedicated timelines (TAT) .

Key Objective: To produce quality documents efficiently and effectively as a team member working within the client operations
Role and Responsibility:
- Maintain organizational and client confidentiality
- Produce client worthy documents using MS Office applications and macros
- Adhere to style guide provided by client
- Ensure all work is completed as per instructions with the project
- Modifying, revising and editing jobs
- Adhering to estimates and deadlines for completion of jobs
- Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures
- Continue to develop speed and accuracy for producing documents
- Understand, use and contribute to best practices for production
- Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking
- Follow proper document management systems
- Adaptable to changes in work-environment, following instructions for work request processing and day to day responsibilities
- Buddy with newbies

Specialist - 2-4 year of relevant experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
Senior Specialist - 4-8 year of relevant experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Typing Speed 30 wpm or more preferred
Educational Requirements - Graduate or equivalent degree preferred
Reports To - Client Manager, Professional Document Services
Location - Mumbai
