Responsibilities :

Graphic Design :

- Create marketing collateral for the HR team - posters, emailers, social posts, etc.

- Create illustrations and graphics for HR & L&D purposes

- Edit images and videos - add audio and visual effects, etc.

- Elevate powerpoint presentations with graphics and animation

- Create short videos and teasers for training purposes

- Convert storyboards or presentations into simple animated videos.

- Create simulations with Captivate

- Create short training courses with Articulate Storyline

Content Writing :

- Create presentations for HR & training purposes

- Write copy for posters, emailers, etc. that you will design

- Write content for policies, newsletters, handbooks, etc. with inputs from the L&D Manager/HR Director
