Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join as Manager. This role is responsible for and performing many critical functions within the Biddable team for their international clients.

- These tasks include, but are not limited to, will be responsible for Campaign Management, Resource Management, Client Relationship Management and end to end delivery. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world's leading consumer brands in the international space.

Key Responsibility Area

- Ensure quality delivery as per SLAs and address escalations promptly, maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders.

- Optimize resource utilization and uphold adherence to processes, fostering a culture of efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

- Keep the team engaged and motivated through regular activities, providing leadership, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Take ownership of client budget management, monitoring performance closely, and providing actionable insights for optimization.

- Stay updated on industry trends in Paid Search & Social, driving innovation and adopting new practices to stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve collective goals, contributing to client pitches and presentations.

- Conduct tests, analyze performance data, and offer insights for improvement, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills.

- Serve as a subject matter expert for Paid Search & Social, demonstrating expertise and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.

- Manages team resources & assigns responsibilities/initiatives to team members

- Identifies strengths & weaknesses of direct reports & creates effective management to improve their skill sets & responsibilities.

- Partners with coworkers from other disciplines to provide integrated solutions & improvements to company work

- Experience in handling a team (10-15)

Skills

- Exceptional work ethic and adept at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Proficient in Campaign launch, Pacing, Optimization, Account Audit, Reporting

- Proficient in Task (TAT) Management

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for organization and multitasking.

- Extensive knowledge of search, social media, and marketing principles, with a focus on client management and team leadership.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proficiency in people management

Qualifications

Education:

- Graduate/Postgraduate

- Concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field preferred.
