Associate/Senior Associate - Telecalling/Telemarketing - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Job Description:
a) The role requires outbound calling to prospect clients introducing Client Frist Asia and the product proposition, thus securing a meeting with the Relationship Manager.
b) The Telecaller will be expected to research and find out calling list of prospective clients to be approached Key KRA will be fixing of quality meetings through cold calls.
c) In spare time, will need to help out in customer service activities in the branch. Assist Senior Relationship managers in servicing client requests.
Candidate Requirements :
a) Should have an experience of atleast 1- 2 years in an acquisition role preferably in Banking or Financial Industry.
b) Should possess the skill sets to handle customer queries and keep up to customer commitments.
c) Strong inter- personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm.
e) Excellent communication skills and telephone manners.
f) Must hold basic IT knowledge and good understanding of using different elements of google.

- Positive attitude, socially effective, high level of perseverance and patience, assertive & hard working, result oriented, attention to detail.
