Associate/Senior Associate - Key Account Management (0-5 yrs)
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum graduation with 2 years of experience or MBA fresher
2. Strong Analytical Skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. Strong communications skills.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for driving sales of Partners, handling key accounts.
2. Attending/managing at least 40-50 calls in a day
3. Built a strong rapport with the assigned partners.
4. Conducting Online zoom and hangout calls of Partners for training and information escalations.
5. Addressing partner queries on WhatsApp groups/ handling WhatsApp groups of all the dealers and encouraging them to do promotions
6. Maintaining excel sheets and MIS/reports of tasks assigned.
7. Self-motivated and having good soft skills to manage people
8. Helping the partners to curate marketing strategies which will, in turn, help them increase their business.
9. Market visits twice a week to understand assigned partner's territories.
10. Driving day-to-day activities rolled out by the management.
