Associate/Senior Associate - Inside Sales - eCommerce (0-3 yrs)
Associate/Senior Associate - Inside Sales in a leading eCommerce company
1. Generating new sales opportunities through Inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
2. Responsible for managing the sales leads on CRM.
3. Team with Channel Partners to build pipeline and close deals. Performing effective online demos to prospective clients.
4. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing holistic solutions.
5. Needs to have an empathetic ear and decent communication skills.
6. Manage end to end sales process including invoicing, collection, up-selling etc.
7. Decent Communication skills.
Interview rounds - Round 1 - Aptitude test (logical, quantitative verbal and paragraph writing)
Round 2 - Communication round
Round 3 - Sales round (Final round)
Qualification - graduate/10+2
Age criteria - should not be more than 26 yrs
Exp required - 0-4 yrs (freshers are welcome -both male & female)
Salary for freshers - upto 21k inhand +PF
Salary for experienced - upto 24k inhand +PF
