We have an opening with one of our leading client and MNC for Customer Service Associate / Senior Customer Service Associate / Customer Service Expert.
Experience Required for Customer Service Associate / Senior Customer Service Associate : 0 - 4 Yrs.
Location : Trivandrum
JOB DESCRIPTION : Customer Service Associate/ Senior Customer Service Associate
- 0 - 4 years of experience with Excellent command over English (Comprehension and conversation)
- Graduate/Under graduate in any discipline & willing to work in rotational shifts
- The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for sales.
- Prior experience in International BPO voice process will be an added Advantage
Experience Required for Customer Service Expert : 4 - 6 Yrs.
