Associate/Senior Associate - Digital Marketing - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
- The objective of digital marketing is to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services.
- The digital marketing executive is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social media marketing and advertising.
- The person shall work with senior colleagues from Communications and Public Relations, Sourcing, Marketing and Selling and work with agencies to implement strategy for Digital Marketing.
The person should be :
- Manage digital properties or assets of the company such as its website, portal, social media accounts etc., optimize content, creation of new content on website and on social media accounts etc. Ensure that digital assets and properties are managed as per best practices. Ensure safety and security of digital assets.
- Able to identify trends and draw insights from google analytics and other tools to gauge performance of the website of Company, analyse visitor profile etc.
- Support implementation of social media marketing strategy. Work with Communications and Public relations team,
- Manage organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
Qualifications for Digital Marketing :
- 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Creative thought process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be of added advantage
