Responsibility :

- Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.

- Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.

- Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control.

Requirements :

- 0 to 11 months of experience can apply.

- Any Graduate Fresher/Under-graduate with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience can apply. (B.E, Btech more than 65% are not eligible).

- Good customer service skill with a neutral accent.

- Able to work on a flexible basis (rotational shift) as determined by the business needs.

- Cab Facility Pick up and Drop. As per Hiring Zone (40km radius). Both side transport is available.

- Salary up to 2.2 LPA (VARIES FOR FRESHER AND EXPERIENCED).

- 0 to 27K Monthly Incentives.
