Associate/Senior Associate - Customer Acquisition - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
The organization is a new age digital lender having PAN India presence.
Education qualification - Any Graduate
Preferred Industry experience- Bank/NBFC handling sales in retail assets (unsecured)/Merchant banking sourced through DSAs (Channel Partners)
Desired experience- Relevant experience of 2-5years in any unsecured Loan Product (preferably Business Loans) with DSA handling experience
Role :
- Understanding the product offering clearly
- Ability to explain the product to the merchants
- Good DSA/Channel partner connect
- Good knowledge of Local Market Sales
- Ability to handle sales calls independently
- Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions
- Achieving targeted loan disbursements.
- Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.
- To build a profitable portfolio.
