Associate/Senior Associate - Broker - Industrial/Retail/Commercial (2-5 yrs)
- Basic Understanding of micro markets of the city.
- Meet IT / Corporate clients and understand their expansion plans / growth perspective with regards to taking up more space.
- Facilitating Site inspections / Liaise with prospective clients and their representatives.
- To support in all the documentation process (legal & financial) during the transaction.
- To support in generating reports to client & internal reports to the management.
- Should be able to independently handle client's / consultants.
