Who Should Apply ?

- 2 - 5 years of work experience in Advertising Operations

- You should understand affiliate-based performance marketing

- Experience with US markets is not necessary, but is preferred

- You have proven analytical abilities using HasOffers, Cake, Volumm, Everflow, MS Excel, Tableau, MySQL etc. to communicate action items backed with data.

- You have excellent oral & written communication skills and have experience in breaking down complex ideas into simple to understand steps

- You are comfortable managing tactical day to day deliverables & running strategic initiatives when needed.

- STEM degrees preferred.
