Associate - Secondary Research (0-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Collect data on customer demographics and preferences/needs
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data
- Doing secondary research in accordance to the project assigned
- Conducting telephonic interviews with respondents such as C-level executives, Directors, Manager, etc;
- Compiling and recording the results and data obtained from the interviews
- Taking out sample from tools like Hoovers, One Source, etc.
Skills Required :
- Should be proficient in English language
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
