Associate, Sales and Training


Responsibilities :

- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stores

- Develop and manage a territory with the goal of maximising sales

- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organisation month-on-month basis at store level

- Host product presentations to stores

- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products

- Build and maintain strong, long lasting store relationships

- Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on management system shared by organisation

- Drive training program that includes web based seminars, printed manuals, training videos and more

- Ensure content delivery is practiced and fluent

- Review existing training material to determine appropriateness and

Relevance :

- Modify or create materials and manual to meet specific training needs

- Strict adherence to organisations policies and processes.

Requirements :

- Should be a Graduate ( any discipline)

- 1 to 2 years of work experience in direct sales/ training

- Good influencing and negotiation skills

- Professional communication skills including speaking, networking, presenting and writing

- Should be mobile savvy

- Prior relevant experience as training or in sales as salesperson, with ability to demonstrate clear ROI from the training delivered

- Hunger to travel up and down the country

- Basic data / excel skills

Good to have :

- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

- Team Player

- Excel Skills

- Retail Background

Location: Mumbai (Travel Pan India)
