Associate - Sales Support (0-2 yrs)
We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 0-2 years of experience. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Support the sales team in creating and maintaining client relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide general support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
