Associate - Sales - Retail (0-1 yrs)

- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.


- Directing customers to merchandise within the store

- You would be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.

- Regular follow up with clients.

- Development of new and existing businesses.

- Client engagement all the way to sales closure being done online / over phone/ emails and Meets deadlines and participate in meetings as and when required.

- You would need to keep the CRM and other trackers updated.

- You would participate in a daily review meeting to review sales transaction data & identify areas of improvement.

- Good problem-solving skills

- Strong presentation and writing skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective relations with clients

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets/business plans

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Maintaining & Sharing DSR (Daily Sales Reports).

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines

- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client Personality and skillsets

- Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

- Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

- Do calls to client

- Organized, Self-discipline and pro-active.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Fast learner and passion for sales.

Working Days : 6 Days a week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
