Associate - Sales - Recruitment Firm (7-8 yrs)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing potential new customers.
- Traveling to the client's location to talk about our expertise.
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our portfolio.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades and related services.
- Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
- Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Meeting sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to manage meeting teams of people to explain our products and services.
- Excellent communication skills are a key requirement for this position.
- Good knowledge on topics like digital marketing, websites, mobile application, web applications, chatbots, etc.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with brand/marketing teams and agency teams.
- A keen desire to learn and know more about new and interesting creative tech, marketing tech solutions.
- Pro-active and self-driven individuals willing to build new collaborations with agencies and brands.
- Must have minimum work experience of 7 years.
