Associate - Sales - Recruitment (3-10 yrs)
- Understand clients research workflows and objectives, and thereby support client-facing colleagues in growing client relationships by utilization of best practices when dealing with prospective and current industry experts
- Find and engage experts across existing practice areas and establish consulting relationships with professionals from various industries.
- Sourcing, Contacting and pitching to relevant experts for client projects, using effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively the mission and business model to senior industry professionals and recruit Council Members into the Councils
- Grow the Councils by recruiting key opinion leaders on a strategic/tactical mode, using recruiting campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and other relationships
- Interview prospective industry leaders as needed and capture critical data in extensive profile management systems
- This role is for US Shifts from 7.30 pm to 3 am.
- Self-motivated to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
