Associate - Sales - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)
Description:
The candidate would be in charge of managing construction solutions and serving as a one-stop shop for people/customers looking to build their dream homes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Helping customers find products, providing information, and assisting with enquiries.
- Having a good understanding of the products or services provided to customers.
- Recommending additional products or services that complement the customer's needs.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues and ensuring them.
- Monthly target achievement in terms of number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (registration and onboarding) target).
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly on boarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform
- Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation.
- Enrich and maintain customer profiles and update status in CRM.
- Assist customers through their credit application journey.
Qualifications and Competence Required:
- Background in the real estate and interior industries is preferred.
- Engineer/MBA
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and driven
- Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language
Must have :
- Driving license (2-wheeler): candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work
- Local language and familiarity of having worked in the respective main cities.
