Designation- : Executive - Sales

Experience in Tele sales from Real estate or luxury brands or International call center would be an added advantage

- Location- : Mumbai

- Purpose of the Role-

The Executive - Sales is responsible for achieving sales targets set by management, identifying potential clients, and maintaining customer relationships.

- Duties & Responsibilities-

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through in-person interactions, telephone calls, and emails.

- Gather and analyze market and customer information.

- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.

- Respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries.

- Manage the pre- and post-sales process, including site visits.

- Prepare detailed proposals to negotiate terms, pricing, delivery, and specifications with buyers.

- Generate and maintain sales metrics reports using MS Office and CRM tools.

- Provide customers with accurate and timely cost calculations and quotations.

- Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents and firms, motivating them to find buyers.

- Collaborate with channel partners, agents, and affiliate marketing partners.

- Experiment with innovative sales strategies and conduct market research.

- Maintain sales-related data and prepare reports for submission to superiors.

- Visit project development sites to conduct on-site sales when necessary.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the organization's existing and planned projects.

- Skills Required-

- Strong sales acumen and enthusiasm for selling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Data recording and report generation skills.

- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
