Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and helping them navigate the housing market with ease and confidence. If you're enthusiastic about real estate and want to make a meaningful impact in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience.

- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position Truva's products and services.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.

- Customer Service Excellence : Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property technology.

- Strong understanding of the housing market and customer needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
