Sales Associate
- Greet the customers on phone and answer their queries, ensures you capture their requirement.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Actively talk to the customers
- Follow laid down company process
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products complete training will be given by All Wave
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the Web site design)
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures on-going sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer's problem
- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
- General understanding of the principles of sales
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
