- Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join their sales team. As an SOA, you will be responsible for executing sales outreach campaigns. If you are ambitious and looking to work in a place where you will be given the environment to learn unique growth strategies, Default would be a good fit for you.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Executing sales outreach campaigns over email, LinkedIn, voice and any other relevant medium.

- Researching potential clients and collecting data/information on demand, especially from fragmented sources.

- Writing cold emails or messages to prospects in order to generate leads.

- Managing day to day activities such as follow ups, relationship management etc. with new and existing clients.

- Managing CRM and other data sources.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have 2 - 4 years in a B2B Sales Role at a fast paced startup. Brownie points if you have worked in the Staffing or SaaS industry.

- You have experience with cold emailing and/or email automation tools.

- You have knowledge and understanding of email domain reputation management.

- You have Research, Data Collection and Data Presentation experience.

- Understanding Apollo, ContactOut, Lusha etc. is a big plus.

- You have sound knowledge of Excel/Google Docs.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You have ability to draft non-personalized or personalized emails/messages.

- You have experience in selling to startups.

- You have networking skills.

- You have active Twitter or LinkedIn presence.
