Associate Sales Officer - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Pay : Up to 3.75 LPA plus other perks and bonuses.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Engage with leads that have been provided to meet sales targets.
- Pay prospective customers a visit in prearranged locations to learn about their financial requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
- Keep in regular contact with clients.
Help clients both before and following a sale.
- Maintain business excellence and encourage customer loyalty.
The profile of the candidate :
- A diploma from graduation is required.
- Experience with life insurance and BFSI must be at least one year old.
- Age range : 22 to 38.
- Candidates need to have lived in the area for three to five years minimum.
