Associate Sales Officer - BFS (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle
- To Drive Fls and achieve targets as per the requirements
- Quality acquisition of Life insurance policies for Resident / Non-resident Indians
- Ensure quality sourcing of new customers to sell different life insurance products, etc
- Team handling of Sales Managers and Advisors
- Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values
- Develop a new market strategy
- Generate new leads and business
- Position of team leader
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience : 5+ Years in Sales and Marketing in the insurance sector
- CTC : Up to 11.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
- Age : 21 to 40 years
- Education : Any Graduation
