Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Processing of incoming leads generated by Marketing activities across all channels by prequalification, customer connect, support, etc.
- To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
- To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
- Be in touch with old customers and maintain relations to get orders and payments
- Ensure clients receive superior customer service
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
