Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Sales Manager in Agency Vertical for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and support your financial advisor to meet their sales targets.
- Monitor and report on team progress regularly.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.
- Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.
- Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Desired Candidates Profile:
Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing department.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of BFSI products and trends.
- Track record of meeting sales targets.
