Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Identify different strategies Both straggling and Successive
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
- Proactively pursue new sales and sales opportunities.
- Create and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
- Age : 21 to 37 years
- Education : Any Graduation
- Candidate : Local Candidate
