Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Sales Manager to join our sales team. As an Associate Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives!
Responsibilities :
1. Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue growth
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach new customers and expand existing customer relationships
3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
4. Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
5. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
6. Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts
Candidate requirements :
1. Any graduate
2. Any local candidate
3. Experience:- field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
4. Age:- 21-38 years
