Job Title : Relationship Manager In Direct Channel

Exp. : 2 to 3 Yrs.
Age limit : 24 to 33 yrs.
Candidate Required Profile :
- Only Male Candidate Can Apply
- The candidate must be okay with a field sales role
- 2 Yrs. Insurance Background Is Also Preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Follow up on the database/leads provided by Company.
- Manage and develop direct team Sales Manager and front line sales employees.
- Training the branch staff and Private banking RMs on the cross selling of insurance product
- Training agents for direct sales of insurance
- Mainly, understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them
- Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
