Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
The Associate Sales Manager supports the sales team in achieving revenue goals by assisting with strategy development, managing client relationships, and driving sales efforts within their assigned region or market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Support sales team in reaching targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior sales staff.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Local Candidate required.
- Graduation is mandatory.
Age Criteria 21 to 38
CTC Package upto 3.20 LPA.
