Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, working directly in a startup environment that values innovation and agility. You will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a sales team, initially driving sales efforts yourself and eventually scaling the team to meet the growing demand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the initial sales efforts, directly engaging with B2C and B2B customers. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple channels, including e-commerce.
- E-Commerce Sales: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, including optimizing product listings, managing online promotions, and enhancing the customer experience on digital platforms.
- Subscription Plan Strategy: Create and execute subscription-based sales models to build a steady revenue stream. Work on customer retention strategies and enhance the value proposition of subscription plans.
- Corporate Partnerships: Develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients to secure bulk orders and recurring sales. Create tailored solutions that meet corporate needs and drive sustained business.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a sales team supporting the company's growth. Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales department to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- BTL Activities: Plan and participate in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- CRM Implementation: Set up and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Reporting: Prepare and share detailed monthly sales reports with senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas of improvement.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Associate Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B sales dynamics.
- Ability to develop and implement subscription plans and corporate partnership strategies.
- Experience in working within a startup environment and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Ability to plan and execute BTL marketing activities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
