Associate Sales Manager - Education (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Making Advisors attend training for the new product modules and certification programs
- Helping to complete the procedure for processing the purchase of the policy of the clients through their respected advisors.
- Responsible for verifying client's information accurately and entering in the system.
- Resolving client's issues related to policies taking complaints for the same
- Discuss with Branch Managers of any pending or possible issues of the clients.
- Contribute to training and development of the team.
- Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole.
