Associate Sales Manager - Direct - Loyalty Channel - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
-The key responsibility of this role is to focus on customer relationship and customer servicing.
- Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
- After the successful completion of training you will be required to generate business through assigned leads, which is -generated through Branch ops team and customer database generated by call center team.(100% leads provided by the company).
Salary : 3.20 LPA + Incentives
Desired Candidate Profile :
He has to be Min .2 yrs experienced in banking or financial services or insurance sales with graduation.
