Associate Sales Manager - Direct Channel - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking an Associate Sales Manager to support our Direct Channel sales team in achieving targets and enhancing customer relationships. This role involves collaboration with the Sales Manager to drive strategies, mentor team members, and analyze market performance.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Assist the Sales Manager in training and mentoring sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze market trends to inform strategy.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of sales experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
