Associate Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Support sales teams in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.

- Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and progress towards targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
