Job Description :
- Create your Own Team Of financial Consultants.
- Guide and motivate Team members regarding Maximized Business and generate New Leads From Open Market.
- Maintain Good Relations with Clients and managers.
- Develop New Strategies for increasing the Business.
- Always Motivate Your Team Members.
- Position Of Team Leader.
- The Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations, and other selling inputs.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Any graduate
- Experience : Min 2 years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Good Leadership skill
