Associate Sales Manager - BFSI (1-8 yrs)
key Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Analyse sales data to discover trends and possibilities.
- Develop and put into effect sales tactics that will maximise revenue growth.
- Maintain regular sales reports and predictions for management.
- Ensure that the team has a thorough understanding of what we provide.
- Provide product training and knowledge-sharing meetings.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and competition.
Candidate requirements :
- 1+ experience in field sales and marketing
- Any graduate or post graduate
- Any local candidates.
- Age : 21 - 38 years.
- Maximum CTC : 4.00 LPA.
