Associate Sales Manager - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Sales Manage to lead and drive our sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field sales operations, developing strategies to expand market reach, and ensuring a strong customer relationship. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action field sales strategy to meet business goals and sales targets.
- To optimize the performance of a group of field sales agents, lead, coach, and oversee them.
- Through direct sales efforts, find new company prospects and grow the clientele.
- Make frequent field trips to assess team performance, offer guidance, and resolve issues.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with customers, distributors, and channel
