Associate Sales Manager - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Promote and sell company products through the partner network to accelerate sales growth.
- Achieve set sales targets by ensuring partners meet their individual goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports with insights to management.
Eligibility Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate channel partners.
- Age: 21-37 years.
- CTC Package: 3.20 LPA
