Associate Sales Manager - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- He should assist the manager in developing a business strategy that will help in achieving the sales targets outlined by the company
- He should implement effective plans that will help his team members to improve the sales figures
- He should come up with innovative techniques of selling to penetrate the market to increase the sales of the stabilized products as well as create a market for the newly launched products
- He should constantly communicate with the team members to understand their issues and resolve them. He should try to tap their strengths and motivate them to improve on their weak points by providing the necessary training
Candidates Requirement :
Qualification : Any Graduation degree
- Previous work experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
