Associate Sales Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We're recruiting an Associate sales manager who will be in the role of creating and managing a group of insurance sales representatives who achieve sales goals.
Job Description:
- To establish a solid advisor base, find and hire qualified advisers.
- Develop the organization's potential for revenue, create, implement, and manage internal and/or external sales strategy and processes.
- Promote the organization's products and services to new and current clients
- Encourage that all customers are Satisfied and that the calibre of the services they provide meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Leading the business's sales initiatives and resolving challenging insurance problems
- Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions
- Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets
- Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate
- 22 to 38 age
- Minimum 2 to 4 year experience in Field Sales and Marketing/BFSI
- Great Network abilities.
- Excellent time management skills
