Associate Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking to recruit an Associate Sales manager with experience in the fields of marketing and sales. who is capable of managing business with their Mindset.
Job Description :
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Maintaining a positive relationship with the agents
- Providing Training on the use of the products and procedures
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Follow up with the customer to get close the business & making cold calls
- Generate leads in the open market.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate
- Age : Minimum 22 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Good Communication Skill
