Job Title: Associate Sales Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary:

The Associate Sales Manager - Agency Insurance is responsible for managing and growing the agency channel for the insurance products offered by the company. This includes developing relationships with agency partners, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain a solid rapport with agency partners to boost business and hit goals.

- To increase the company's presence in the market, seek out and hire additional agency partners.

- To guarantee that agency partners are prepared to market the company's products successfully, provide training and support.

- To find growth prospects, track and examine market trends.

- Make sure agency partners follow the company's policies and procedures.

- To deliver superior customer service to agency partners and their clients, work with other departments including underwriting and claims.

- Consistently reach or surpass sales targets.

- Create and send reports to upper management on sales activity, pipeline, and outcomes.

Requirements :

- Any field bachelor's degree.

- 3 or more years of field sales experience.

- Experience managing and building relationships with agency partners.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Result-oriented and well-known for hitting sales goals.

- Ability to study market trends and data to find growth opportunities.

- Outstanding time- and project-management abilities.

- The capacity to function both individually and collectively.

Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives + On roll
