Associate Sales Manager (6-7 yrs)
B2B Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
Target Achievement & Sales Optimization:
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting to track performance against goals.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct client presentations and prepare compelling proposals to secure business deals.
- Handle negotiations and closing sales with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business goals.

Market & Data Analysis:

Digital Sales & Campaign Management:

- Stay updated on product and service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills, cross selling, upselling.
- Team Handling at least 6-10 people
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
