Job Title - Sales Associate
Experience Required: 2+ years in retail sales, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry or Leading Designer Label.
Reporting To: Boutique Manager
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of service. Will support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining store aesthetics, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, drive sales by understanding their needs, and meet individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries professionally, and build relationships with VIP clients.
- Maintain store aesthetics, manage inventory, and support smooth operations.
- Stay updated on product trends, attend training sessions, and share knowledge.
- Accurately process transactions, maintain sales records, and assist in reporting
