Shifts :
- 1st Shift : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 2nd Shift : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Description :
As a Sales Associate at Mothercare, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of products to enhance the shopping experience of our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Answer customer queries regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Basic knowledge of operating cash registers and handling transactions.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per the store schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
