Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary :

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of the products. You will engage with customers, showcase the beauty of our products, and assist them in finding the perfect pieces to enhance their style. Through your expertise and passion for our brand, you will contribute to the success of the store and help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer engagement :

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist them in exploring the Swarovski product range, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry and accessories to enhance their style.

Sales generation :

- Proactively approach customers to showcase products, highlight features, and explain the value and quality of Swarovski.

- Utilize your knowledge of current promotions, product launches, and special events to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store targets.

Product knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of Swarovski's product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique design elements. Stay up to date with new product releases and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and details to customers.

Visual merchandising :

Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store environment. Participate in visual merchandising activities, including product displays, arrangement of promotional materials, and ensuring products are properly stocked and presented.

Customer service : Provide an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and assist with after-sales services such as repairs, returns, and exchanges. Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

POS operations:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods, adhering to Swarovski's cash handling policies and procedures.

Inventory management :

Assist in managing store inventory, including receiving and unpacking merchandise, conducting stock counts, and ensuring adequate stock levels for popular items. Collaborate with the store management team to communicate inventory needs and support inventory control efforts.

Qualifications and Skills :

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury goods or jewelry environment.

- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and accessories, with a keen eye for style and trends.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Familiarity with operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store hours and business needs.

- Knowledge of the products and brand is advantageous.

- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the customer base.
