Roles & Responsibilities :
- The Jewellery Sales Associate will be the Key point of Contact between Seller & End User answering queries and Offering Advice.
- Visit and Customers with Online booked products. Provide customers all the required information about the Product.Show the Alternate product if required by the customers. Sharing diff ways of making payment to customers.
- Share all relevant information about the product and brand.Collect payment for the sold jewellery and earn commission.
Person Profile :
- Minimum 1-2 years of jewellery sales experience at a jewellery retailer.
- Excellent verbal English and Hindi.
- Open to travelling across the city for sales appointments using own or public transport.
- Note that till pandemic it is field sales job but after its Store job.
