Associate - Sales - IT Infrastructure (0-2 yrs)
- Coordinate sales by managing query flow of calls/emails/messages with communicating relevant information.
- Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in an electronic form.
- Handle the processing of all enrolments and re-enrolments with accuracy and assigning them coach (based on client's assessment) to start their program within the timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and keep on updating the team as well.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material/events for the company.
- Provide support, details and brief programs to the prospects over call, messages and emails as required.
- Handle social media queries regarding our programs and assisting them to enroll.
- Maintain client's data and do data analysis.
- Go the - Extra mile - to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.
